
How we train is highly individual. Training is meant to fit your schedule. It should not be the other way around. Whether you can train 2,3,4,5 or 6 times a week we will formulate a schedule which you can adhere to.
Taking into account a variety of factors we will devise a training program that fits your training age, is optimal for your goals, and properly manages fatigue and recovery. Volume, Intensity and Frequency will be appropriately managed to optimize your progression. As time goes on and progression happens necessary adjustments will be made to ensure progression continues.
